Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for, or attending Dogs Day Out, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Tickets & Entry

Tickets are valid for the date(s) shown at the time of purchase.

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.

Tickets may be transferred to another person but may not be resold for commercial gain.

Dogs must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

2. Dogs & Behaviour

All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Dogs should be comfortable around other dogs and people in a busy outdoor environment.

The organisers reserve the right to ask owners to remove dogs that are aggressive, distressed or causing disruption.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.

3. Participation in Activities

Some activities are optional and may incur an additional fee, payable on the day.

Participation in activities is at the owner’s own risk.

Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is physically able and suitable to take part.

Instructions given by stewards, trainers or activity leaders must be followed at all times.

4. Health & Welfare

Dogs attending the event should be in good health and up to date with relevant vaccinations.

Any dog showing signs of illness or injury should not take part in activities.

Fresh water will be available across the site, but owners are encouraged to bring their own supplies where possible.

5. Photography & Media

Photographs and video may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending, you consent to the use of images or footage in which you or your dog may appear.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of the event team on arrival.

6. Weather & Changes

Dogs Day Out is an outdoor event and will go ahead in most weather conditions.

Activities, schedules and layouts may be subject to change for safety or operational reasons.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be contacted directly with further information.

7. Liability

Dogs Day Out, its organisers, staff and volunteers accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to persons, dogs or property, except where required by law.

Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their dogs at all times.

8. General

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person or dog not complying with these terms.

All decisions made by the event organisers on the day are final.
